remembering the past to go forward

do ur own spell check

ethiopian politcs divides families apart. drives friends apart. divides one ethnic from another ethnic also called zare in amharic, which simply mean bloodline. for the past 3000 or some number of years the ethiopian politics habe been the ruling of the country not in the form of western democratic way, but in ethiopian democratic way, until mengistu hailemariam was introduced to the game. one thing that makes him a unique leader in ethiopia is that he has no alliance with one zare or another. he was our first what some call westernized democracy beginning. he formed no alliance with the amhara or with the tigre or with the oromo. he wanted to unite ethiopia and lead us to prosperity.

in the past power was being shared between the two houses, the Amaras and the tigres. the amaras having the longest governing time. power was not transfered as easily as possible. but when one rule, the other bow down and accepted the orders. however when the ruling becomes weak and abusive, rebellion will coem along and chnage the ruling house. in such a way ethiopia lived relatively peacefully until mengistu. mengistu was not from either houses. eventhough he was a well broomed amara, he also has blood line from the southern part of ethiopia. which is why i believe he didnt trust either side. he failled to chose side, he failed to rule. if he choose side, he would have survived, not that i am saying its choosing side is good or bad, but the simple fact that his years on the ruling chair would have been longer than 17 years that were spent in war, both in the front porch and in the back yard of the country.

what happen was, what was expected. ethiopia has fedualtic democatic history. the educated especially were not in th emood to let everything of their past and join this ned socialism/comminism/bullistism propaganda. with the help of our enemies, once upon a time, bos from the north, also called eritreans, started waging their war from the heart of the headquarters, from addis abeba. key shiber and nache shiber filled the street of addis. while another bloodshade was flooding the other side of ethiopia. the latter one being fought with the real enemies of ethiopia.

eventhough ethiopia had teh greates chnace to move forward we were unable to because we, and yes i said we, were not fit yet to the west democartic ideas. we are still running the country in our own ways, same as the rest of africa, burma, pakistan, korea, cuba and most of the counties around the world. in recent years howver the goverment in ethiopia has become ruthless in theri actions. they have lost their mind and are running like crazy dogs, trting to biker a fight with anybody. they ave arrested the woman that was running for candidacy as if her actiosn were a crime. they killed street protesters of the elction in broad day light. they jailed not only the supporters but also the candidates until they apologized for joining the race.its really annoying when the west seems sleep while the whole thing goes down infront of the american and british embassy. i never thought especially the latter would miss this massacare of innocent lives since they have an embassy as big as a small town in the middle of the fucken capital city. china has human right issues, however compared to this, the chinese goverment is the most righteous. hell compared to this iraq was free as a bird. i am writing his not to beg for help from the west. we never did, and we never will. y? coz a free man has to fight his own wars. if u can, stop helping meles, by doing that you will save your tax payers money and break the back bone of a bully that thinks the world is slpeeing. he can not form an alliance with the chinese or russian because because he got nothing they want, unless of course if u have any interest in minerals and oil. i like the ethiopian goverment but it has passed on its time to compromise with the people who put him on power. you know something is terribly when one man is leading a country of 80 million for almost 20 years. is that democracy or tyranny?

feminist movement? wtf is it?

i wonder sometime about the laws and retarded feminist movements, that goes on in the west, which are also becoming very contagious in the other parts of the world. i belive God created adam and eve at the same time. i dont think eve was created from adams body, it might even be the other way around. i also belive we are equallly created, both man and woman. no body is more important than the other.
in the past, woman have been subjected to awful stff especially in the past. they have been pretty mch enslaved. they were not able to vote until the 1960's, their crime, being a woman. now we have feminist movements all over the country and are trying to preven whatg happen in the past from happening again. which is really great, because an apple doesnt fall too far from the tree. however at the same time this feminist ideologies are driving man and woman apart eveyday. its very easy to label one as sexiest, wife beater, anti woman for a simple joke. i hate the fact that i have to watch every little thing i say for the simple reason that some other guy have taken a shit on his mom or sisters. someone might read this and say wtf is he talkin about, the truth to the matter is i dont know either. i wish i do. what i know is the feminist women should take chill pill and take it easy, unless if they all gonna be lesbians...hahaha

what is amara/amhara?

one thing i hate is to hide behin a keyboard and say things that one wont say in public. that males me think that we are less and less free from our mental slavery to express our feelings about the politics or the other things we deeply care about in the 21st century. when it comes politics many people have died, may have disappeared many have been beaten and mnay ore are still in prison in the modern day Ethiopia. so its understandable not to divulge senstitive info around people you dont trust or know.
however when it comes to other ideological, not necceserly political things. one need to be open with the public and also with fam, since that will not get them punished. as i see it in the ethiopian disabora community people are very silent about who they are. its almost like they dont want to be known. few amaras are also in the verge of breakaway. i met one amara man and he told me he is gojjame and amara means little to him. i met another on fb, he told me amara is a political thing. well let us say it is. how do we all amaras speak amarigna? or share very similar culture? same as the oromos who are disperesed all over ethiopia we are the same, we are one, we were one.

if one is not open of who they are their children will be totally lost and their grandchild will be disconnected from their roots. african americans or american blacks are disconnected from their roots and they will always be, thanks to colombus and plntation owners, do we have to be lost?

is thereis one thing that i care to do in Ethiopian politics is to unite the amara, i dont like the sound of amhara, base. we are the most educated and also the most gullible human beings on the plant. that is after south Africans and the aborigines in australia, i heard these people are also very 'other trusting' beings. however the weyane maggots are continually trying to divide the amara people, by saying you are gondere, you are gojjame, you are welloye, or you are shewa amhara. it saddens me that the amhara people cant stand with their own two feet and say no, i know who i am, and you cant tell me shit. if things continue as such, they could even make us fight each other and kill each other for small piece of bread. if we are trying to save ethiopia we have to save ourself first. first thing is first all the amara people have to come together and discuss the way we could work together. we have to work on our commonn grounds but also appreciate our differences.

for the sake of survival the sooner we work together, apprecuate our differences, have a common goal, have a common enemey we shall prevail. if not we will always fail.
